As Head of Performance Marketing at Fineway, you'll help us to scale an innovative, data-based consumer service.
Anforderungsprofil
- At least three years of experience in key-disciplines of performance marketing with a proven track record of driving growth in a large-scale e-commerce or lead business.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-touch funnels, re-marketing & nurture strategies as well as integrate mar-tech solutions in your approach.
- Sound understanding of state-of-the-art customer segmentation techniques, ad tech analytics, tracking set-ups and attribution models.
- A quick mind, structured & pragmatic, with a strong bias to action.
- A plus: first-hand experience in a fast-growing tech startup.

- Scale an innovative, data-based consumer service via search engine marketing, paid social, display, affiliate & retargeting.
- Take bold decisions based on sound data analytics by implementing a data-driven approach to hit KPI targets like user retention metrics and sales active pipeline.
